The City of Towers Cotillas with the involvement of San Nicolas Driving, will provide on Saturday September 27th a free course driving efficient cars and commercial vehicles intended for all city drivers who want to improve their driving habits and thus, save costs and extend the life of your vehicle.

And this initiative is to be held from 10 to 13 hours in the classroom II Youth House Torrena, aims to promote a new style of driving which can be obtained reductions in fuel consumption up to 15% or, again, helping reduce the environmental impact, first, to combat climate change and, second, extending the useful life of machinery.

To this end, the Department of Public Safety has decided Torrena teach these courses sponsored by the Energy Management Agency of the Region of Murcia, the Ministry of Industry and the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving of Energy, which may involve both regular drivers as professionals and also be protected by teaching professionals with knowledge of efficient driving techniques and experience in this type of training.

Thus, in a single session, will develop a comprehensive program that includes free driving for each student, a lecture which will be presented for various driving techniques to real fuel savings, a driving tour by a teacher where students may apply foreground and, finally, a final meeting where they discussed the findings and results, promoting the debate to raise awareness of the importance of implementing what they learned.

In addition, students receive a diploma at the end of the course.
