On the evening of Monday November 10 began in Las Torres de Cotillas the course for active workers of "Word Processor. Word", which is organized by the Workers' Commissions (CCOO) in collaboration with the Department of Economic Development of the town .
So, until next November 28 to 14 students in this initiative will attend from Monday to Friday from 20.30 to 22'30 pm to classes taught in the Youth House Torrena.
With 30 hours of theoretical and practical training, this free course is intended that participants have at their conclusion the training required to master the functions necessary to manage the program and thus to create, write, edit and print Word documents.
It should be noted that that Torrena Department collaborates with the transfer of classroom computers and the search for the students through the Local Employment Center for Women in the locality.
Councillor for this area, Gloria Fernández, notes the importance of training activities like this, as "any tool that is provided to workers to extend their training is very useful because it allows them to perform better in the labor market" .
