And in Las Torres de Cotillas this date will be commemorated with various activities planned by the Department of Equal Opportunities Torrena, among which a series of courses and workshops for women in the municipality with a common goal: to achieve real equality between men and women

Thus, between 24 and 27 November will hold a workshop "defense" (20 to 21 hours), a very useful, regardless of physical condition or age, in which participants will learn the behavior of defense to be followed in case of aggression.

In addition, it will take place Nov. 25 during a first awareness of gender violence (18 to 20 hours), which will be continued two days later at the same time.

These activities will take place in the Social Center of the hamlet Torrena of the pulpit (C / Valencia, 17) and will have a toy library service for children accompanying their mothers.

Coeducation and equal opportunity

Also, and in December the planned activities will continue in the Youth House.
