La Casa de la Juventud de Las Torres de Cotillas houses since Monday 23 November a "Beginner's course in computer science" aimed at unemployed women of the town and has free registration.
With 30 hours of classes, this proposal has been extended until 10 December and is organized by the Department of Equality of Opportunity and Economic Development.
Coordinated by the Local Employment and Local Development Agency, with this course the students will become familiar with the vocabulary and basic concepts of cyber environment and learn to use tools as they can be common computer screens, keyboards, mice, software , etc.
The students receive classes Monday through Thursday in early morning (from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm) and must meet the requirement of being unemployed or improving employment.
