That is the reason why the Parish of Our Lady of the Assumption of the pulpits of Cotillas Towers held on the afternoon of Sunday 29 November a Mass that was presided by the Bishop of Cartagena, José Manuel Lorca Planes, which was accompanied by the parish priest, Diego José Gil, by the Our Lady of Torrena Salceda, Antonio Salvador Perez, and the owner of Santiago Apostle Lorqui Poyato Nicholas.
The event, which was given a gift to Lorca Plans were also invited former pastors of the church Torrena, among which was the priest Joaquin Sanchez, who spent thirteen years at the helm of it.
Also attended various local authorities, with the mayor Torreño, Domingo Coronado, his Councillor for Social Policy and first deputy mayor, Fina Almela, and members of local guilds.
Police tribute to their patron
Also on Sunday 29 November, the Local Police Force Torreño held the feast of its patroness, the Immaculate Conception.
